Peter Andre comes to Dunfermline

PETER ANDRE – 26th NOVEMBER 2012
TICKETS ON SALE FROM 2ND DECEMBER CLICK HERE TO BOOK ONLINE
peter-andre-alhambra-dunfermlinePeter Andre is an accomplished worldwide media star known for his successful music and television career.

Peter hit a peak in his music career during the 1990s when he became the sixth highest selling artist in the UK – he had numerous number one hit singles, two number one albums and toured all over the world collecting a multitude of national and international awards along the way.

After a successful stint on ITV1’s ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ in 2004 audiences were reminded of Peter’s charm and fun personality. Peter then went on to become one of the UK’s most popular celebrities with successful projects and reality shows. In recent years Peter’s career has excelled further with two top ten albums, a picture book, men’s aftershave, female fragrances and most recently children’s books.

Peter’s television career has propelled to great heights with a smash-hit reality show on ITV2, a new series of ‘Odd One In’ and the new ITV2 hit ‘Here2Help.’ He has also had great success presenting shows for ‘This Morning,’ ‘The Mobos,’ and ‘The BRITS.’ In 2010 Peter completed a sell-out UK Arena Tour including selling out London’s 02 Arena. These performances meant that in 2010 Peter was named ‘Britain’s Hardest Working Singer’ by PR’s after performing to almost 100,000 fans.

2011 has seen Peter embark on a large international tour that will see him taking to the stage in Spain, Dubai and Egypt. 2011 also saw Peter crowned with ‘Dad of the Year’ for the second time, proving how much the nation loves and respects him both as a father and celebrity. Peter is also heavily involved in a number of charities including being Ambassador for the NSPCC and the The Caudwell Children’s Trust.

As we come to the end of 2011 Peter has released two children’s books ‘A New Day At School’ and ‘The Happy Birthday Party’. He also has a Peter Andre 2012 Calendar out now as well as his new reality show starting on ITV2 in October 2011 called ‘Peter Andre: My Life.

Singleskin are back with an album and a new single

Singleskin formed in Dunfermline, 1998. After a few years of gigging the Scottish circuit they signed to a small independent record label, releasing their first single “79 Electroshock Treatments” in 2001.
The single soon began getting regular airplay on local and national radio, securing them a spot at the Gig on the Green festival in Glasgow.

In 2002 they released their second single “Even The Saints Can Get It Wrong” which made single of the week in The Sun newspaper and yet again got lots of radio airplay and supports with then up and coming band, Snow Patrol.
By now they had started work on the album “Millions Of Comforting Arms” which was completed in 2003. The album was never released due to the record company going into administration.

After 8 years Singleskin have decided to make the album available and to release a new single “If We Are One” and to coincide will reunite to perform some exclusive live gigs in the autumn of 2011.

Singleskin are
Paul Dunning – Vocals/Guitar
Dave Bernthal – Guitar/Vocals
Colin Smith – Bass/Vocals
Gary McAuley – Drums (formely Darrell Anthony)
