Saturday 5th March will see local Dunfermline band The Falcons play The Carnegie Hall to mark a whopping 50 years on the music scene. They have played through the 60s’, 70s’, 80s’, 90′ right up to the present day and have proved to be a great influence on local musicians and music fans alike.

There shows at The Carnegie Hall are normally sparkled with special guest artistes joining them on stage and this year will be no exception. With original founder band members Jimmy Bryce and Peter (Bud) Heeps, George Millar (Sharleen Spiteri’s lead guitarist), Linda Wilson another former band member who used to sing with The Falcons, Dan McAfferty and Pete Agnew flying in from their current tour with Nazareth in Brazil as some of the guests in attendance to mark this very special occassion for the band.
