Watch an intimate concert performed by one of three acclaimed Scottish musicians, surrounded by the magnificent medieval carvings and beautiful stained glass windows of the Abbey Nave.
Each concert will be followed by a Son et Lumière guided tour (included in the price of the concert ticket). Join Robert the Bruce as his story is brought to life through theatre, sound and light in a spectacular sound and light show in and around the impressive Dunfermline Abbey.
Experience the drama, myths and legend of the Bruce story at this exclusive evening event, as Scotland’s heroes take you on a chronological journey, with dramatic outdoor performance, storytelling and a few surprises.
Draw swords with the legends that fought for an independent Scotland against a breathtaking backdrop, as the Abbey façade is transformed by magnificent lighting effects.

Due to expected demand, it is recommended that you book in advance. Concerts will be immediately followed by a guided tour at 8.30pm included in the price of the concert ticket. Tickets are time specific and cannot be exchanged or transferred to any other scheduled tours.
This is an indoor and outdoor, promenading event so please dress appropriately with sturdy footwear and suitable clothing.
Please be advised, while the majority of the event is accessible to wheelchair users, some parts of the show are not suitable for disabled visitors and may be inaccessible. Please check with the box office for further details.
